Earth connection

Properly earth fans, installed in outdoor areas, in accordance with IEC 60364-5-54:2011. Take into consideration the requirements of earthing systems, PE conductors and protective bonding conductors. Attach a conductor eye to the PE conductor and screw it down properly to the fan housing so that they have stable electrical continuity and sufficient mechanical protection and strength. Ensure equipotential bonding before commissioning the fan.

  1. Securely screw down the earth conductor to the roof flashing (tightening torque 10 Nm).
  2. Ensure equipotential bonding before commissioning the fan.
