Imbalance and vibration on the motor’s bearings may destroy the fan and lead to personal injury and damage to surrounding building components. Check the vibration characteristics of the fan on a regular basis (ISO 14694). A sudden change of vibration levels may indicate that an inspection/maintenance is urgently needed.
