Operation with STX speed controller (AC variants)

The fan speed can be controlled steplessly with an STX speed controller suitable for the unit variant → www.maico-ventilatoren.com.

Due to the phase angle controller, humming noises can occur when using speed controllers.

NOTICE: Too low an output voltage at the speed controller can lead to a standstill/malfunction of the fan.

  1. Observe the operating instructions of the speed controller.
  2. Set the minimum speed on the speed controller so that the fan motor restarts after a power failure.
