Connecting the fan, attaching the inner housing, figure G

ATTENTION: Risk of short circuit, damage to unit. Ingress of water if the power cable is incorrectly fed into the housing or if the self-sealing grommet is not fitted correctly. The degree of protection is only guaranteed if the cable is properly fed through the housing seal provided for this purpose (self-sealing grommet). Drill a circular hole in the self-sealing grommet slightly smaller than the cable diameter.

  1. Route the power cable to the installation site.
  2. Pierce a circular hole in the self-sealing grommet and insert it into the housing bore provided.
  3. Fit tension relief.
  1. Connect the power cable to the terminal block according to the circuit diagram.
  1. Check the connection of the PE conductor.
  2. Put the terminal box cover on and screw it into place. Ensure correct position and fit of the cover.
  3. Attach the inner housing to the top of the flange sleeve and snap it into the two catches at the bottom. Do not twist it.
