Installation instructions

• Observe permissible load-bearing capacity of wall/ceiling/bracket and installation position.
• Create flat support surface for wall plate/steel wall ring.
• Lay the power cable to the installation site.
• The customer must provide suitable mounting material (strength class 8.8) which is sufficiently dimensioned to support the basic unit.
• Ensure sufficient supply air intake.
• Use Maico ELA.. flexible cuffs for duct connection.
• If using an extension sleeve (VH), install the fan with mounted extension sleeve.
• Select installation site where foreign bodies will not be accidentally drawn in.
• To avoid sound bridges with the structure, observe distances from other façade components and, if necessary, use isolating elements.
