Installation instructions

• For component dimensions Dimensions.
• Permissible total length of the sensor cable [9] max. 10 m.
• The distance of the measuring probe to a fan should be at least three times the duct diameter or three times the channel width.
• The measuring probe must be positioned in such a way that a stable flow condition is ensured (with sufficient distance to shutters, fans, etc.).
• Be sure to remove the protective cap of the measuring probe before installation.
• Align the measuring probe so that the opening of the probe is facing the main direction of flow. The slot in the probe head is then parallel in the direction of flow.
• Protect the measuring probe from dirt and water.
• If an air heater is used in the duct or channel system, the measuring probe [9] must be installed upstream of the air heater in the direction of flow.
