Attaching the shell sleeve (recommendations)

• PP 45 RHK (540 mm) or PP 45 RHL (800 mm) shell sleeves are suitable for the MS 160 masonry block.
• Shorten and deburr the shell sleeve according to the wall thickness. Observe the required projections for plaster, masonry, inner cover and external cover. For external covers → PP shell installation instructions, prescribed wall sleeve projection.
• Fix the shell sleeve inside the masonry block with non-pressing or expansion-free construction foam. Centre the shell sleeve symmetrically in the core drill hole using the EPS shims. Cut off protruding construction foam and shims flush with the masonry block.
  ATTENTION: Note the gradient. Building damage due to condensation if installed incorrectly.

Information on PP 45 and PPB 30 units

• PP 45: Use the recess shown in the figure to feed the connection cable. This is positioned in the PP 45 unit to match the line feedthrough.
• PPB-30: Feed the connection cable outside the masonry block.
