Qualification of installation, cleaning and maintenance staff

Installation, commissioning, cleaning and maintenance may only be undertaken by qualified electricians trained and authorised in explosion protection in accordance with Directive 1999/92/EC, Appendix II 2.8. These are qualified persons in accordance with the above-mentioned directive, that are also trained as qualified electricians. Further provisions of other national laws must be taken into account.
