- Disconnect all poles of the PTC thermistor triggering system from the mains before starting troubleshooting.
- Faulty operation
In the event of operational disturbances, disconnect all poles of the PTC thermistor triggering system from the mains. Before switching on again,have the cause of the fault determined and rectified by trained specialists. - Repairs
Repairs to the unit may only be carried out by a certified repair workshop in compliance with EN 60079-17 and EN IEC 60079-19.
