Constructional design

Monoblock housing in self-supporting frame construction. The housing structure consists of aluminium profiles with thermal separators, with polyamide spacers built into the profile (class TB2 in accordance with EN 1886). The corners are made of glass fibre reinforced polyamide. The insulation between the double-walled panels consists of 45 mm (70 kg/m³) rock wool, which results in thermal transmittance class T2. Device classification A1 according to DIN 4102 (non-combustible).

The exterior panels are powder-coated in RAL 7047

Inside: Galvanised sheet steel. Smooth interior surfaces. Electrical cables laid in cable conduits on spacers. Separate, lockable technical compartment in protection class IP 65, in which the electrical components and the control unit are housed. Generously dimensioned inspection openings allow easy access to all internal components for maintenance work.

Condensate tank made of stainless steel, all other installation parts are made of galvanised steel, aluminium or stainless steel and are therefore hygienic in accordance with VDI 6022.

Access to the filters and fans is possible from the operating side via inspection openings.

The RLT units are equipped with automatic modulating 100 % bypass for free cooling and frost protection.
