Replacing the air filter
Change the air filters when the filter change indicator lights up, but after 1 year at the latest!
Only use original replacement filters.
EPM 1 50% filters (F7) are used for the outside air and ePM 10 50% filters (M5) for the exhaust air. The filters serve as protection for the heat exchanger and ensure good air quality. The condition of the filters should be checked regularly (2-4 times a year). The filters must be replaced if necessary, at the latest after 1 year. Heavily soiled filters can cause the following faults:
- Insufficient ventilation
- Significant increase in fan speed, combined with higher sound power level and power consumption
- A defective filter can lead to soiling/sealing of the heat exchanger
Change the filter:
- Note the safety instructions Safety instructions!
