Installation instructions

When working at heights, use suitable ladders/climbing aids and ensure that they are stable. Work in pairs and make sure that you are standing securely and that no one is underneath the unit.

Surface mounting on the wall or ceiling or in suspended ceilings is permitted. Any installation position can be selected.
Only mount sound-insulation distributors in locations with sufficient load-bearing capacity. Sufficiently dimensioned mounting material is to be provided by the customer.
Access to the unit must be ensured → Cleaning. The cover of the sound-insulation distributor must be removable.
Connection of ventilation duct to connection flange – permissible connection diameter DN 125.
Ensure that foreign bodies cannot be sucked into the sound-insulation distributor and ducts.
Only operate the sound-insulation distributor when it is completely installed.
It is possible to separate a KSDV as two SDVs.
