Operation
WARNING
- Only operate the ventilation unit if it is completely mounted and correctly installed, calibrated and set. All duct connections must be attached to the ventilation unit and the front cover mounted → Risk of injury if unit open or if operated without duct connections: Running fans can be touched. Electric components are a potential source of electric shock. There is a risk of burning on units with a heat register on the protective grille and on the components of the heat register. Wait until the heat register and housing parts have cooled off, use protective gloves if necessary.
- Switch the ventilation unit off immediately if it is damaged, especially if you discover damage or faults that could endanger persons or property. Prevent further use until the unit has been completely repaired.
- In the event of a fire or chemical accident (smoke, vapours) in your environment, switch off the ventilation unit until the outside air is harmless again.
CAUTION: Operate the ventilation unit only with air ducts connected. → Draughts may occur if the supply air and outgoing air sockets are not connected.
