Requirements for the use of ZP 1
DIP switch of ZP 1 set to brine earth heat exchanger and activated with brine earth heat exchanger parameter.
Conditions for heating
Switch on brine CP when
- T air inlet (air temperature in outside air connector) < minimum air inlet temperature (factory setting) + T air inlet offset heating.
Switch off brine CP with unregulated pump when
- T air inlet (air temperature in outside air connector) > minimum air inlet temperature (factory setting) + T air inlet offset heating + 1 K.
Switch off brine CP with regulated pump when
- the control voltage has fallen to 0 V.
Conditions for cooling
Switching on brine CP
The air is cooled when all 3 conditions are met:
- Summer season. Does not apply to single control unit (RLS 1 WR) in solo mode because the Season parameter is not queried.
- TR (room temperature) > set maximum room temperature → Room temperature adjustment + 1 K
- T air inlet (air temperature in outside air connector) > T supply air min cooling → T supply air min. cooling + T air inlet hysteresis cooling.
To prevent the circulation pump from synchronising, the temperature at the air inlet must be greater than the minimum air inlet temperature by the set amount of hysteresis.
Switching off brine CP
The air is no longer cooled if one of the following conditions is met:
● TR (room temperature) < set maximum room temperature → Room temperature adjustment
or
● T air inlet (air temperature in outside air connector) < T supply air min cooling → T supply air min. cooling
The circulation pump switches off if the temperature at the T air inlet sensor falls below the minimum T air inlet because the minimum supply air temperature T supply air min. cooling cannot be maintained.
With a regulated pump, when the switch-on temperature is reached, a defined voltage is set so that the T supply air min. cooling is reached. The temperature can then be maintained with the minimum use of energy. The pump is switched off as soon as the defined voltage falls to 0 V, as input on the control.
