User administration – Managing access
An access is a setting/operational authorisation for the ventilation unit authorised by the owner for the tenant or installer (per web tool).
The tenant access is activated by the owner for the user's smartphone app. If the specialist installer is to perform settings on the ventilation unit via the internet, you can activate a web tool access for him/her.
To do this, select a ventilation unit with Manage under My Units and select Create Access/Additional Access . After data entry, press save.
The access data is sent by the manufacturer to the e-mail address provided by the tenant or installer. The tenant/installer can log in to the app/web tool with the access data.
If you want to renew/replace the access token for an existent e-mail, simply press generate a new token. The user then receives new access data which is valid from then on.
