Mounting the ventilation unit on the wall
Heat recovery in ventilation units without enthalpy heat exchangers produces condensate, which must be properly drained off via the condensate drain. Provide sufficient space for the condensate drain under the unit. Ventilation units with ET enthalpy heat exchangers do not require a condensate drain.
