Loading/activating AIR@home

  1. Go to www.air-home.de.
  3. Call up Registration: Enter your contact details and the serial number of the ventilation unit.
  1. Your login details will be e-mailed to you.
  1. Log in with your e-mail address (user name) and the access data you have received (password). For information on using the web tool → AIR@home web tool.
  2. Under My unit you can find the token required for activation. Give this to the installer or the tenant.

Activation (for smartphone or notebook)

  1. Download the AIR@home app from the App Store/Play Store.
  2. Log in to the AIR@home app or the AIR@home web tool with the token received from the owner.
  1. They can now operate and set the ventilation unit with the authorisations assigned to them.
