Installation and electrical connection

  1. Remove two retaining bolts on electronics compartment, take out electronics compartment and carefully put to one side.
  2. In the electronics compartment, break desired cable feedthrough out of housing (knockout points).
  3. Sheet metal has sharp edges.

Wear protective gloves if necessary. Select opening to match position of power cable in RSAP metal shell sheet/RSUP shell tray. Do not damage cables. For connection options → Wiring diagrams.

  4. Hook the electronics compartment into the two hook-in slots of the housing (crosswise at the bottom or on the left side).
  5. Guide power cable and any other control cables needed from rear of unit through cable feedthrough into electronics compartment.
  6. S

    Sealing plug

  7. Place Powerbox on 3 threaded pins of metal shell sheet/shell tray. First remove the 3 nuts from the threaded pins. In so doing, insert the two unit sockets into the EPP ducts (outgoing air/outside air). Ensure that the duct connection is sealed.
  8. Screw down Powerbox with 3 nuts.
  9. Insert 3 sealing plugs into the rear wall up to stop.
  10. In electronics compartment, electrically wire power cable on connection terminal → Wiring diagrams.
  11. If necessary, fit additional circuit boards (EnOcean, KNX) on main circuit board and electrically wire → Wiring diagrams.
  12. If necessary, wire optional components on control circuit board: For externally placed operating units, switching contacts, sensors → Wiring diagrams.
  13. Insert electronics compartment into housing and secure with both screws.
