Mounting on housing cover

The separately enclosed RLS G1 WS touch operating unit is mounted on the housing cover of the Powerbox H as follows. Alternatively, external mounting on a flush-mounted electrical box is possible. If this is done, the recess in the design/glass cover has to be sealed with the optional RLS G1 V sealing kit.

Risk of cuts in case of damage.

Glass parts of operating unit are fragile. Take care when installing/removing. Observe safety instructions.

  1. Use the 3 tapping screws to screw the enclosed mounting plate onto the housing cover. Use the screw holes provided.

  3. Stick the two magnetic strips on the mounting plate.
  4. Fit mounting plate on operating unit so that it engages. Ensure the correct installation position as shown.
  5. Insert the operating unit with the magnets into the bracket.
  6. Connect operating unit’s plug with control unit cable.
