Mounting the UPA design cover or UPGA glass cover

The UPA design cover or UPGA glass cover is secured to the upper unit face end with an interlock.

Risk of cuts in case of damage.

Glass parts of operating unit are fragile. Take care when installing/removing. Observe safety instructions.

Interlock

  1. Check that operating unit is placed and mounted correctly and that plug connection is tight.
  2. Insert design/glass cover with two guides at bottom into the two recesses of the RSUP shell tray.
  3. Press the design/glass cover at the top (opposite) with the two stops onto the RSUP shell tray, then engage the lock with the locking tab.
  4. Ensure that the cover is also correctly engaged.
  1. Affix the enclosed MAICO sticker on the bottom right of the design/glass cover.
