Installation of humidity sensor in PP 45 RC

In radio-controlled PP 45 RC units, the integrated humidity sensor is installed directly in the ventilation unit.

  1. Take off front cover of internal cover’s housing. To do this, press on locking lever on underside of housing and take off cover.
  2. Loosen screw for circuit board cover, take off circuit board cover.

NOTICE: No function if the humidity sensor is installed incorrectly. Do not bend pins. Insert sensor up to stop in bush.

  1. Insert PP 45 HYI humidity sensor → Arrow.
  2. Fit circuit board cover.
  3. Attach front cover of internal housing at top in two housing studs and swivel down until front cover engages on locking lever.
  4. Start up ventilation system and register humidity sensor in service mode → Chapter
