Cleaning, maintenance
Cleaning, maintenance and repairs of the ventilation unit carried out only by qualified electricians. In accordance with DGUV regulation 3, Section 2 (3) and in compliance with the relevant standards (e.g. DIN EN 50110-1) and technical rules.
DANGER of falling when working at heights: Protect yourself against falling down and nearby electricity. Plan safety measures such as fall protection. Avoid improvisation when rectifying faults. Protect the ladder against bumping, knocking over and tipping.
DANGER of electric shock. Before cleaning and maintenance tasks, disconnect the ventilation unit from the power supply at all poles, secure it against being accidentally switched back on and position a visible warning sign.
WARNING: Danger to health in case of poor hygiene (allergy, infection, poisoning). Have the ventilation unit cleaned and maintained by an authorised specialist installer every six months and also after long periods of inactivity. Only use original filters of class 'ISO coarse 45%' and 'ISO coarse 30%', depending on the specifications in the technical data of the unit. Observe the filter change intervals.
