Retrofitting touchscreen control panel

DANGER! Danger of electric shock. Before working on the control, shut down all supply circuits (deactivate the mains fuse) and secure so they cannot be switched back on. Attach a clearly visible warning sign.

CAUTION! Incorrect wiring will result in unit damage. Be sure to note the writing on the control unit and control circuit board. Only connect as shown in the enclosed wiring diagram.

Recommended installation location for touchscreen control panel – room temperature sensor on underside

Installation height approx. 1.5 m
Not in direct sunlight
Not above sources of heat
Not in cold draughts (doors, windows)

Preparations for mounting, on site by customer

Flush-mounted box at installation location.
Route connection cables at installation location. Permitted: Shielded control cable, e.g. LIYY 4 x 0.34 mm².

Fitting touchscreen control unit at installation location

Fit supplied mounting plate on flush-mounted box.
Wire up electrics for connection terminal integrated on the installation plate as shown in the enclosed wiring diagram.
Attach touchscreen control panel and secure with the 2 screws provided.
Check function of the touchscreen control panel.
