Features

  • Complete fan unit for PushPull 60 K single-room ventilation unit with ceramic heat exchanger, internal cover and two integrated G3 filters such that the air is filtered in both directions (optional: M6 fine dust filter).
  • Slide-in module complete with sound deadening EPP.
  • Accessories needed:
    • PP 60 KA-SR, PP 60 KA-SRW or PP KA 60 KA-SRL shell kit for external wall mounting or PP 60 KL-SR for soffit duct mounting.
    • RLS PP-K room air control.
  • Up to a maximum of 6 units can be controlled at the same time through an RLS PP-K room air control.
  • The PushPull 60 units are always operated in pairs. 2 x PushPull 60 units and 1 control are the minimum requirements.

Heat exchanger

  • Ceramic heat exchanger with alveolar air flow ducts.
  • Heat exchanger can be pulled out with ease after removing the internal cover and filter.

Heat recovery fan

  • A direct current fan for supply or exhaust air.
  • 5 ventilation levels with heat recovery:
    • The ventilation levels vary depending on shell kit model.
  • Further ventilation levels without heat recovery:
    • Cross-ventilation: One unit is permanently in supply air mode and the corresponding unit in exhaust air mode (e.g for cooling during a night in summer).
    • Dehumidification: Is switched manually. Units with humidity sensor run in cross-ventilation mode until the humidity has fallen below a particular value.
    • Level 0, the zero air level: Closes the external shutters if there are bad odours coming in from the outside. The unit does not consume electricity in the process.

Mounting instructions

  • Assembly involves 2 steps:
    • Installation of the PP 60 KA-SR shell kit for external wall mounting or the PP 60 KL-SR shell kit for soffit duct mounting in a DN 220 core hole.
    • Integration of PP 60 K-SE final assembly set.
  • The shell kit's wall sleeve is protected from contamination by plaster protective covers.
  • The covers are easy to remove.
  • No need to lay ducts.
  • The system requires no adjustment.

Electrical connection

  • When delivered, the unit is assembled and ready for service.
  • The electrical supply is connected using a plug connection.
  • Connection to RLS PP-K room air control using pluggable control cables.

Condensation drain

  • The condensate is removed via an integrated condensation drop catcher in the external cover.
